Wellpath is seeking a Food Services Manager in their Columbia Regional Care Center. 


The Food Services Manager ensures the efficient and effective operations for food preparation, service, and distribution activities. Manages the overall direction for all food service activities and ensures that all operations comply with contractual obligations and organizational standards and guidelines. Implements improvements to consistently achieve departmental results including staffing, budget, and operational objectives. Ensures that all residents/patients receive well-rounded and adequate nutritional food. May also provide staff with adequate meals to supplement their meals while working at the facility. Responsible for ensuring food is safe, work areas meet expectations of local health department, and the environment is clean and safe.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor degree in Culinary, Business Administration, or related area strongly preferred


  • Minimum of four (4) years of supervisory experience in food service production in hospital, corrections, military, commercial or institutional setting


  • Certified Dietary Manager registration is required
  • Must have and maintain a sanitation and food handler's certificate (Serv Safe Certification)

Coram CVS Specialty Infusion Services is looking for a Clinical Service Liaison, Nutrition Specialist to support in the Upstate of SC.

Clinical Sales Liaison Nutrition Specialist

Position Summary:

As a Dietitian Clinical Sales Liaison with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, you will develop and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources, gathering all pertinent discharge information and working collaboratively with patients and clinical staff providing coordination of care to ensure a smooth transition from a medical facility back into the home.

Our Clinical Sales Liaisons Nutrition Specialist …
* Support and assist physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources with the identification of appropriate home nutrition therapy candidates.
* Facilitate patient discharge planning and coordination of care between Coram and referral sources including local hospitals, home health agencies, physician offices.
* Evaluate clinical and service needs for existing and new accounts
* Grow business by recognizing opportunities to expand relationships with existing referral sources and partner with the medical community to understand their needs and deliver results for a safe and smooth transition home.

Key responsibilities:
* Conduct initial education to the patient/caregiver training on our nutrition therapy services and technology.
* Assesses method of administration based on physician orders. Introduces formulary changes, diagnosis and route of feeding and advances in nutrition support.
* Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and participate in the institution's quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives as requested.
* Maintain and grow core therapy admissions through customer relationships and provide responsive customer service within assigned hospitals.
